MAKE Gold from lint---Emtala is a joke

Its interesting, physicians are expected to do more with less. Hippocratic oath fageddabot it. All consultants want to know now is does the patient have insurance. I'm sure there is some annoying type A personality RN out there saying in the most whiny high pitched voice "Thats an EMTALA violation." Well I got news for you, they don't care. Mention limb loss, imminent death, lifelong paralysis, this means nothing to specialists. HMO, blue cross, blue shield carries much more weight. Now we have hospitals closing essential departments, like ob just to save a few bucks, while they open hospital floors for nonemergent Kypholasty that resemble the RITZ-CARLTON. Medicine is dying. I see no hope. Patient satisfaction and CMS idiotic guidelines, pay for performance are all important, while specialty call list that remain blank and administrators removing noon lunches for MD's, while they average 500000 a year, have infested healthcare . Can you say AIG? Stay healthy all or perish.
